Chet Wilke, Managing Principal Broker, is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker supporting his clients and customers in real estate since 1979 and has been practicing commercial real estate in North Texas since 1990. Chet is the firm's CEO and managing partner, and formed our legendary "Realty Advisor Team" and Car Wash Advisors.

Educated in Real Estate, Business and Communications, Mr. Wilke has a degree in Business Administration, a Bachelor of Arts in Communications, and serves on the board of AmeriStar Realty, Inc., AmeriStar Group Corporation and other institutions.

Listed in Who's Who in the World and Who's Who in America with a long list of credentials, Chet Wilke practices real estate and lives up to his reputation of "Legendary Performance" every day for every client.

Chet Wilke produced and hosted "Your Real Estate Advisor" on Texas Cable News (TV 38) and aired 86 shows in 2001 as a Consumer Advocate on TXCN. Chet Wilke produced and hosted "Your Real Estate Advisor", a weekly radio real estate show on 105.3 FM "Live Talk". Amin Shalwani, Amin's expertise is valuation and portfolio analysis of investment grade real estate. Amin has a diversified background and experience in research, portfolio strategy, market assessment, property acquisition, deposition analysis, lease analysis and transaction structuring. Amin has 5 years experience as an Assistant Controller with DFW Area Hotels.

Recent projects have been Real Estate valuation, consulting, lease negotiations, reviewing contracts and leasing documents for clients regarding restaurants, convenience stores/Gas Stations and health nutrition stores. He has been helping buyers and sellers make intelligent decisions about selling their business or acquiring new businesses.

Previously, Amin has worked 5 years as an Assistant Controller with local Hotels. His primary responsibility involved supervision of the accounting department, responsible for maintaining, analyzing and reporting financial information, preparation of routine and standardized accounting reports, financial statements and the reconciliation of accounting transaction. Doug Reece, Real Estate Consultant, has been actively engaged in the real estate industry for over ten years. He is a life long resident of the Dallas area, whose knowledge of the building and land business in the North Texas area is extensive. He is experienced in retail leasing, and office building construction. His success in the profession has been based largely on his ability to advise client's on their individual needs. Doug's background, in management and research, enables him to provide invaluable due diligence to his clients. He is a former U.S. Navy Captain, (22 years of service), and has worked in the flight operations of a major air line.
